We do not sell “old stock.” Our product range is directly tied to the fishing seasons in Ust-Kamchatsk, ensuring you receive products from the current harvest:
June–July: The first Sockeye and Pink salmon — the most vibrant and succulent.
August–September: Firm Chum salmon and premium Coho salmon.
Year-round: Whitefish and groundfish species harvested by our own vessels.
Direct Freezing: We process the catch within a few hours of it leaving the nets. This eliminates double freezing and weight loss, keeping ice glazing to the absolute necessary minimum.
